Head Impact Trauma Limited (HIT)

At Head Impact Trauma Limited (HIT), we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You are entitled to return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
a. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
b. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
Returns are not accepted for products that are:
a. Damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
b. Missing components or accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
Before returning a product, you must contact our customer service team via email at info@hitrecognition.co.uk to request a return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item was received in a defective condition, or
- An incorrect item was sent by HIT.
For defective or incorrect items, HIT will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds may be subject to deductions if the product is returned with missing components or is not in its original condition.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- We will arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the defect or damage is verified.
Your Consumer Rights
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or to request a replacement or refund for faulty products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
